Our process
Consultation
With The Holiday Guys, our no-obligation consultation process starts by getting to know you, providing an on-site survey, and discussing your vision for the space. This meeting should be used to share ideas, pictures, budgets, and the details that can help us hone your vision.
Design proposal
Following the initial consultation, we will establish a design fee before moving forward with any conceptual drawings or planning. Throughout the planning process, our design consultants will work with you to create selections that will bring your vision to life through intentional and functional design. Your consultant will then present a customized design, hand-drawn color renderings, pricing and terms to you.
Contract & Production
Once the design direction is agreed upon, a contract will be drafted and you will book an install date. Product ordering and display production for any custom pieces will begin upon full execution of the contract and receipt of down payment. From there we will credit the design fee toward the remaining total owed on the project.
Installation
A time where vision and dreams come alive. This process is a carefully coordinated art-form leaving not a minute of installation without magic. Where months of planning can unfold within hours, leaving for some of the most breathtaking reactions of the season.
Maintenance
Our service doesn't stop once your install is complete. The Holiday Guys guarantee quality and stand fully behind our work and are here to resolve any issues should anything arise.
Removal and Storage
When the holiday season has passed, The Holiday Guys will return to remove any holiday displays, clean and return your space back to its original layout. Whether your decor is leased or owned, we will contain, label, and store everything in an organized system. Any Items that need repairs or replacements will be noted and client will receive a notification that we have completed our services.
